If you register an account on our website, we store any data you submit for the time your account exists. Your data is separate from that which we produce and may subsequently host on this website for your use. If you delete your account, all user submitted data will be deleted. If you change your user data, the previously submitted user data will be deleted.

If you have a profile picture associated with your email through Gravatar, an anonymized string (hash) is created from your email address and may be provided to the Gravatar to see if you are using their service. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available on their webpage.

If you upload documents or images through this website they will be stored in one of two ways:

1) With your offline project file;

2) On the website within your private project documents page.

If you have uploaded documents in error or would like something deleted just ask.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. This information is stored either until the completion of the project, you chose to delete it, or our website crashes and we have to rebuild everything again. Any data associated with a project that has been completed, is permanently frozen, or abandoned will be deleted as soon as practicable.

If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, not including any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
