Panoramic Hill Estate

The Panoramic estate required complete renovation due to complications from an unfortunate landslide. The home, built in 1940 from salvaged redwood, boasts an intimate connection to the surrounding nature, 80-year old pine trees & giant redwoods surround the home like sentinels guarding a sacred chapel. A full structural reconstruction of the foundation allowed the home to be re-sited and leveled like new. Updated electrical and plumbing is hidden behind the salvaged interior finishes and custom lighting compliments the stunning San Francisco views.

A bespoke, shingle clad wood-shed, perched within a steep oak grove, unobtrusively admires the main house.
