Detroit River House

The Detroit River residence is in progress, an ongoing redesign of a historic Georgian style home.

With expansive river views and copious space, the home suffered an unfortunate kitchen “update” at some point in the early ’80s. An outdated servants wing offsets generous entertainment spaces with wood-paneled parlors. The original cramped living quarters have been expanded, refreshed bathrooms and the building systems have been updated after a generous 100+ year lifespan.
